I found the preliminary task very useful as it gave me an idea of how my final radio show could work. It also made me aware of all the essential software which i would use in the near future recording my final radio show. One example of the software I used, were the pre recorded sound effects, these effects made me think about how i could use them to create a scene in time, such as a football game or a street interview. I also learnt that editing and joining different sound files together creates a natural, realistic flow, for example a conversation between two people.
